There used to be an Adjust Fee in Fee Tracker that I would use when a device was found or a ticket was canceled. I don’t want to use the Paid option as that would be inaccurate. I also don’t want to delete the fee altogether. (I’ve cleared my caches and still don’t see Adjust Fee.)
