Hello! 

I’m hoping someone can help - our district recently implented fee tracker, were using shared views to quickly see who has a balnce greater than 0. The settings are all set correctly, but for some reason it is pulling some fees that have already been paid, and most certainly do not have a fee of over 0… not sure what I could be missing at this point.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? 

Yes of course! The top picture is the settings set for the custom shared view 

 The bottom picture is of the fees for the user who is still showing up in the shared view, even with the above settings set 

 

@KRitchie 400b82b sad15 Thank you for providing that screenshot. This might sound silly, but can you try making the balance greater than $0.01? 😄

We’ve tried setting it to a bunch of different numbers, that user is still being pulled down regardless of the number set!
