Is there a way to allow guests to create and continuously access their account to track their event requests/tickets?

Guest accounts are already created when they go through Remote Event Ticketing and receive ticket update emails. Additionally, there is something in the works about upgrading this process. 😄

Is there an update to this?  We need guests to be able to review their reservations and ensure that they’ve been approved without having to contact an administrator.

I’d like to add to this. The Remote Event Ticket form locks the outside organizations into the current ticket. As a workaround solution, I added a message and instructions to their approved requests directing them to our school.incidentiq.com portal. From there, they login with their newly created guest account and can see their events and create new tickets. Essentially, bypassing the Remote Event Ticket Form from that point on.
