We are utilizing Fee Tracker and trying to send our statements. On some of them it will say “We will let you know when this is sent” but there is no where to prove where it actually sent? Also some just say “Not Started”. How do we know if these receipts/statements are actually being sent?

I hope you’re doing great! You can always navigate to Admin > Jobs to get the update or find a history of fee tracker statements. I’ll attach a screenshot for your reference.
