Is there any way to hide certain locations for the remote support ticket app? I do not need parents seeing the “Board Office” or “Unspecified Location” (see image below):

After investigating further, I found that unfortunately, the ability to hide specific locations from Guest on the Remote support ticketing registration location dropdown is not possible at the moment. This would be an enhancement request that you can share on our “Idea Exchange” page by clicking on the link below:
