The app isn’t working on android? It tells me i need a mandatory update but the update is not on the play store so its unusable!

What version of Android are you using? Glad to hear it is working for you now.
I’m on Version 14...would just tell me i had to update and take me to the play store-however the new version was not there until this morning. I had multiple people here try with the same issue.
