Recently we were looking into our checkout process and one question came to mind and i've never tested it.

Is it possible to have multiple people sign in to one account and do batch checkout? We would like to be able to do this for our checkout so i do not have to go to each individual account and promote them.

You could make one account with SUPER limited options and give that account access to rollout scout. But really…. give that permission to any individual user. If it all goes perfectly you’d be fine. But when does that happen? If you need to track something down it might help to know who checked in/out a device.

Hey @evanhees! Thanks for your question.

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: Yes, you can have multiple computers open with 1 account; however, this is not a recommended best practice. You would not be able to track who checks in the devices and who is responsible for the devices.
