Good afternoon friends,

We have moved from JAMF as our Apple MDM to Lightspeed. We want to remove the app from IIQ but want to make sure that it will not remove the devices that were pulling in from JAMF. Is that that case? Will they all remain?

Thanks, and have an awesome day!

Gary

Good morning, @Gary_KCMO!

I consulted with a few colleagues, who all shared the same thought as me, which is that removing the JAMF MDM app should NOT remove the assets from your teams platform. However, it might not be a bad idea to do an export of those Apple devices before you do, just to be super safe and have that backup copy!
