Is there a way to run a report to see which users have not yet configured their account recovery questions? We would like to make it a requirement that all staff set those up so they will have the ability to reset their own password. It would be nice to see if there is a way to see who has, and who has not yet configured their answers.

I hope you are doing well. Thank you for contacting us. To follow up on your question, you can create a Custom Field for the Reset Password with the Field Type set to ON/OFF, which allows a user to select either yes or no and then configure on the Users Tab then, create a Custom View for Users to generate the report. Well I don’t want them to have to check a box that they did it. I was wondering if there was a way for the system to tell me if they completed the initial recovery question setup or not. That way we could run a quick report to see who has submitted their initial answers, and who has not. Relying on users to tell is if they completed it or not will not give us accurate results.
