I have warranty/device protection for a specific asset, and I wanted to attach the PDF to that asset. Is there a way to do that?

@DNatalie 730c952 pasd Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

On the asset details page, there is a tab called files. You can upload information here.

I hope this helps!

@DNatalie 730c952 pasd Do you have iiQ assets or just assets that comes with ticketing? That could be it.

@Kathryn Carter that’s likely the culprit then. We have just the asset app that comes with ticketing.

@DNatalie 730c952 pasd Yes, that is going to be it. If you would like to upgrade to have more options, your CSM & SM can handle that for you. 😄
