How do I find the reason something is marked as a duplicate in my import? Can't tell which field is being marked as the duplicate. My settings are match asset tag or serial number but the list of duplicates doesn't check out. Most of the marked duplicates are NOT duplicates - I've gone back through my import file.

Thank you for your question. You should be able to see the duplicates at the last phase of the import process. Duplicate assets occur when multiple assets have the same asset tag.
