Is there a way to remove the “Stolen” option from the user window when looking up a student in Asset Exchange? 

@JGraham ASDK12 Are you referring to the “Stolen” asset status that is an option when doing an asset exchange on a ticket?

@LWoods_iiQ We aren’t currently using the Stolen status in our other workflows so having it as an option may be confusing for our staff when swapping devices in Asset Exchange. Am wondering if there is a way to limit the option to just Missing or if it would be better to change our existing workflow to include the Stolen status.

It looks like you only have assets therefore those options should not be available for your district site. Can you confirm?

It seems that we have the option to mark an asset Missing or Stolen when looking up a student within Asset Exchange. I just tested and had one of our technicians test as well.

I have reached out to our internal team for confirmation on the accuracy of the knowledge base statement and if there is a way to modify the Missing and/or Stolen options. I will follow up once I receive additional information.
