Did the labels get updated? Label options are no longer showing up under Site Options. They have also increased the size of the bar code and the asset# has shrunk even more. It is barely readable now. Is there anyway to fix this? We can barely read the asset tag#.

Also, the person who is assigned the device is not on the label anymore. We need to have the assigned name on our labels.
Thank you for that information. I wonder why it has changed before they released the option to customize. IIQ - do you know when the Custom Label Templates will be ready to use?
Label templates have been updated. Now, please navigate to Admin > Label Templates to create and modify your labels. Here is also a link to our product page about the new update -
If you have any further issues or questions about label templates, please don’t hesitate to submit a support ticket for assistance. Thank you!

Good morning! Please ensure the below permission is enabled in your policies in order to access the new Label Templates area (Admin > Label Templates)
Thanks!
Best,
Ashley
I’m glad I saw this thread. I feel like a new feature like this should be enabled for “global” policies when released.
Now to play around with the templates.
Looks like their update wiped out any previous custom label AND removed admin access to edit labels… Thank you AHolley for showing where the permission is. We had to add the permission back to our admin users and then recreate a new label. It is weird that we can’t edit font sizes - if I get bored I might play with the CSS settings but we got a functional label back up and working. I kinda like the QR option since my staff use their mobile phones a lot.

Here are the Knowledge Base Guides for the New Custom Label Templates.
Hello! We have the label templates turned on now, but we are having issues with the QR code being cut off on the left side. We tried adjusting width of the label, but it just shifts the lines over and keeps the QR code the same.
Any suggestions?
I am running into the same issue as @AHaltom 590b283 hemlockps where the QR codes are getting cut off when printing labels using Chrome and a Dymo printer. We have tried adding Custom CSS left padding to the QR div table, but can’t find the table’s proper name needed.
While it took a bit to re-create, we were able to achieve our previous design through the use of the CSS features.
The main request from the agents in our district has been defaulting the selection in order to remove the Asset/User/Single/Bulk selection menu. We exclusively use single print for our district, is there a way to have it go straight to print with the default label when selecting the “Print Asset Label” option? Essentially the same workflow that the previous system used.
We are also having issues with spacing and font sizes. Also the barcode now displays it’s value under the barcode, but the font is too small. An option to adjust the space or font size would be benficial. Also being able to just have the barcode without it’s value under it would be ideal.
For others who are having issues with QR Code spacing when printing asset tags using Chrome and a Dymo printer, this is working for us …
@RLabbe 800b8cf nauset With the new update, you can have multiple label templates. Currently, there is no way to go straight to print with the default label. I suggest adding that feature request to our idea exchange.
