Created an asset like I usually do, and iiQ froze in the middle of saving. Now when I search for the asset, it says no results.. if I try to recreate the asset, it says the asset # is in use. Is there somewhere else (like a database or management screen) where I can delete that asset # so I can fix this issue?

In the meantime, could you please provide the asset tag? If the asset isn't restored automatically, our team can remove this asset from the system in the background.

A model had to be selected in order for the asset to be created, however, please feel free to adjust the model accordingly upon review.
