Asset # says in use but cannot locate or add the asset # to new item

Created an asset like I usually do, and iiQ froze in the middle of saving. Now when I search for the asset, it says no results.. if I try to recreate the asset, it says the asset # is in use. Is there somewhere else (like a database or management screen) where I can delete that asset # so I can fix this issue?

Hi ​@MLanni 9706158 pnwboces There may be a momentary blip with the asset displaying due to the intermittent site issues we've been experiencing today. It's possible the asset will be restored once these issues are sorted out. 

 

In the meantime, could you please provide the asset tag? If the asset isn't restored automatically, our team can remove this asset from the system in the background.

I’ve verified the same behavior on my end. I’ve put in a request with our support team to wipe this asset from your database. Once I receive more information, I will provide updates via this thread.

A model had to be selected in order for the asset to be created, however, please feel free to adjust the model accordingly upon review.
