Better indication for disabled chromebooks

My agents would like to have a field added to the display above to show if the chromebook is active or disabled so agents don’t need to get that information from the asset details page.

The highlighted field should show the asset status. How are you indicating the device is disabled?

My agents disable chromebook devices through Google Device Data Device Actions to get students to come to the tech help desk. My agents find it more helpful if the Google device status can be shown in addition to the asset status.  Or should we create a new asset status as “disabled” and have the agent change the asset status when the chromebook is disabled?

If your agents want to see the indicator of the asset status, I would create a new asset status to show as disabled. If Google is writing to iiQ it will show the device as disabled and will update that status.
