When you enter the model and there is a pop up, to click the X in the top right instead of continue and it will save.
This is currently something our team is aware of and is working on resolving. Thanks @KellenH_iiQ for the assist here!
Thanks @Kathryn Carter , I am not getting a pop up and I checked my settings and pop ups are not blocked.

Just a heads up, a report was sent to our dev team to investigate the issue. Once you submit the ticket, most likely the working agent will add your district to the report. I hope that helps!

Yup, I noticed last week, added models can’t be edited anymore. The Save button stays dimmed. I’ve submitted a ticket and ticket was sent to dev team.
@AThao 38030ce jacksonschoolsga I’ve opened a ticket and dev team indicated it is resolve it last friday but when I tried, it still was not allowing me to save an image so I reopened the ticket.
@JChua 517ab93 southorangetown I submitted a support ticket yesterday and I was told that they have found the root cause of the issue and that they are releasing a fix for it on 10/18. Hopefully that will fix the issue as we cannot edit any of our models.
