I’m trying to create a new device category, but can’t find where to enable that.

Hi ​@MDashoff 140a3a1 redlandsusd ! To create a new category, you will navigate to “Admin” → “Model Categories” and select “Add Category”:

Hi there,

 

I actually got to the point of “Add Category”, but it’s not showing up when I try to create a new ticket.

 

Can there be a delay from creation before it shows up? It’s been about an hour so far.

I was looking through your custom Model Categories and noticed this Hosted Solutions > Website or Video Allowances is not visible for Ticketing. I’m not sure if this is the category you were referring to but if so you can click into it and toggle on product visibility for Ticketing.
 

 

If it is a different category you were referencing please comment here and I can look at that one as well.
