We added BrainPop as a Model for tickets and issues, and the corresponding KB Articles imported.   We don’t want all the default KB articles visible to anyone, they don’t apply but we can keep some of them.  Is there a way to turn off/on a single imported KB article or should we just remove the BrainPop Model from our catalog and add it back as a custom model?

Thanks, I guess that could be a feature request then.  The ability to import from IIQ Catalog and then further customize with turning off and on KB Articles.

Thank you.

I think the best course of action would be to remove the Brain Pop app that you installed from our app catalog (which will remove those out of the box KB articles) and then navigate to Administration > Models and add Brainpop there, which will enable the model so that users can submit issues (but does not come with those out of the box articles).

Let me know if that works!
