Dymo 450 printing blank labels

I have not experienced this issue with our printer yet.  As long as the software is installed, the printer seems to be pretty much plug and play.

Thank you!   I got the issue resolved with a very good Dymo support rep.  It was not an easy fix. 

Glad the issue is resolved. Do you think the resolution would be helpful to us or is it a one-off?

Main issue was in the settings. the paper size.  28 x 89 mm and landscape orientation.  Then the label maker was printing 2 labels instead of one when I only wanted one asset label.  Did a work around there and only printed odd sheets.  Was not able to find out why blank labels were printing.    This is the short version.   Thanks!  

Paper sizing will get you every time.  We had an issue where it was printing 4 labels, half on the first two and the last two blank. turned out the sensor went out in the printer.  I usually export everything to excel and print the labels from a Dymo import so I can control every aspect of what is on the labels.
