I am currently working on the inventory for each classroom.  The teacher for that classroom will receive the inventory for their specific room, check off, and return it to me.

To generate the inventory, I currently I go into devices, select the filters, and print out the inventory for each room one at a time.  Is there a way to print out all the device inventory for each room with a page break between each room?

Thanks for the response.  To expedite the inventory, I created a custom view which speeded up the process of printing each room.

Some manually work but I would create the filter for all classes room at a specific school. Export that to a CSV file and from the CSV filter out the different assets per room.

Currently, there isn't an easy way to print them from iiQ on separate pages. I know you have your teacher check off the assets per room and return the paper back to you. But iiQ makes it easy to verify the asset via the mobile app as well. Quick scanning every asset in the classroom and then do a bulk verify.

You could also export to a csv for each school and then use a mail merge in word with a built-in blank page between each room.
