Filter - Asset Recent User Mismatch

I’m trying to apply the Asset Recent User Mismatch filter to an Asset View of Chromebooks that I’ve created and the results returned are far greater than I was anticipating. Does that filter pull only the most recent user to login on the device or does it pull all users that have logged in at some point?

It will pull everything unless you add a date range filter. If you are looking for a specific time range, I would suggest adding the date filter. Additionally, the spare devices will also show up on that filter range since the devices are being added for those additional users.

I hope this explanation helps!

I am looking at our data and see a lot of results as well. Do you exchange devices if students are getting their device repaired? We do, so many of my results are related to those exchanges.
