I’m wondering if there is a way to filter assets based on how many currently open tickets they have? I would like to see any assets with more than 1 open ticket so I can combine them when needed.

and then choose ‘Has Open Tickets’:

You may want to refine this further to only ‘Devices’ or other Asset Types, like this:

Hope this helps!
This is a great filter. Thank you for the screenshots and guide. Additional questions that kind of adds onto this, can this filter be expanded to choose “How Many” tickets are open? I don’t think this is currently how it works, but setting a parameters or even a formula such as >2 or =2 would be very helpful.

You could also write a =COUNTIF formula to tally how many tickets each asset has open. I know it isn’t ideal having to manipulate in another product, but it is a workaround for the results you seek.
There is not an open idea for this however you can submit that here: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas
