Under Purchase Information, is there an option for leased devices? These devices will need to be returned to the Vendor in a certain amount of time, so they are not purchased outright but leased.

Hi
- Create a custom asset type of ‘Leased Devices’.
- Create a custom field called ‘Leased Device’ and possibly utilize the Field Type: Select so there can be yes or no option. You could also add a conditional filter if these only pertain to certain types of assets. Then you can update the field inside of each asset or potentially use a bulk asset actions of → set info and update that custom field.
