Is it possible to do a data import of data that shows linked assets in IIQ?  For example, I have devices and carts as objects in IIQ.  I want to do an import of data that will link various devices to the cart that they are stored in.  I don’t know if this is possible when I cannot find any linked asset related fields in any of the screens of the import process.

Thank you for submitting your question!

There is not currently a way to bulk import linked assets but there is an idea exchange you could upvote and provide your use case.

In the idea exchange a district offered a workaround that saved them time. The workaround was importing a custom field with a unique identifier, such as the cart name, creating a view with that custom field then using bulk actions to link the asset.

I hope this helps!
