I tried to search through the community posts here but wasn’t able to find anything related to this. I get a permissions issue when trying to import models, do you know what might be going on? I’ve included a screenshot of the error.

I recommend having an iiQ Admin from your district submit a support ticket via the support bot as this does not sound like it is functioning as intended.
