I’ve created a rule based on the following filters

It should fire when the Asset Status filed is changed.

Does the Statuses filter apply to what the Status equaled prior to the change or after the change?

Best answer by svanassche_iiQ2

@davecarty when the status is changed to either of the three statuses (and the asset is a Chromebook), it will trigger the rule.

Let me know if you have any questions.

@davecarty One more thing to make sure is that the rule is created under the “when Updated” trigger, as seen below:

If you have any other questions just let us know!

Hello! If you rule is in asset trigger that has a state of change, like “updated”, “checked-in”, etc.  It would fire off after you have changed the asset status to one of those listed in your filter.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have additional questions!
