Is it possible to send emails on a schedule where users with devices checked out to them receive an email with a list of all the devices they have checked out? I don’t want to spam teachers with 30+ individual emails, 1 for each device they have checked out.

Send quarterly emails to users that state how many and what devices they have checked out to them.

I have been thinking a lot of about this because if you could combine a user rule and asset rule together, it would be perfect. However, I think your best move forward would be to create a rule using asset rules / on a schedule
You can send the email using the variable data points to include their assets.
