We create a custom for our spare pool devices that label the spare like Loaner #1, Loaner #2, etc..
Is there a way to show that custom field while issuing the spare.
For now I created a view with the loaner # but have to switch screens to get it.

+18My suggestion would have been to create a view. If you keep the number in the notes, that custom view will be your best bet. However, would it be worth adding that loaner number to the last two numbers on the asset tag so you can see it on the “search” screen?
We thought about adding it to the end of the asset tag as you suggested. We are just thinking if it would impact it with any other software we might be using.
I also, I opened a idea post to see if they can they allow edit views for spare pool assignments.
