I’ve seen the previous posts from others on how to create a view showing students without an assigned device. When I create the view, its showing me students who do have devices and the ones that do not. I put a ticket in with support, but haven’t heard back in a few days. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

 I wanted to communicate that a fix for the conditional filter of ‘Has Assigned Device’ has been released and should be working as expected. As always, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Hi @CSlobodian 8175692 hcsd,

Thanks for posting to the Community! The "Has Assigned Device" filter is currently not working due to a known bug. Our engineering team is actively working on a fix, and I’ve asked the support agent assigned to your ticket to follow up with an update as soon as possible.

Thanks,

@DDonaldson_iiQ - Until the fix comes through, you can export your list of students into a spreadsheet and it will give you an accurate list of students that do not have a device.

What columns did you export to show (or not show) devices?

@akorkishko - Name / Grade / School ID / Location / Assets

The export will give you the list of students that do not have a device, so you really don’t need anyhting else that already comes up by default in your view.
