Unable to see laptops in Spare pools

I entered about 26 devices in a spare pool. I can see the number of devices but when I click on it, it says No device meets the criteria. I can’t delete the pool because there are devices in it. Does anyone have suggestions - I cleared the cache, different browser, restarted the computer, and refreshed the web page

I took a look at this issue and was able to replicate what you were seeing. I made some adjustments with your asset visibility on the backend that looks to have resolved this issue. If you see this happen again, I would recommend putting in a Support ticket so that we can do a deeper investigation on this occurrence.

I saw a big delay earlier this week when I added a device to the spare pool - up to about 30 minutes.

If it’s been that long and the pool still hasn’t updated, might be worth submitting a support ticket. It sounds like you’re having the issue outlined here: 

 

Which should have been corrected by now.

Thank you for that. I just checked now and they are all there. It took about an hour and a half for them to populate in the pool.

I’d put a ticket in. I don’t think you should see that much of a delay.
