What is the best data to put in the Owner field?

When importing assets via csv, what data is the best thing to put into the owner field? Name? Email? Some ID number that’s IIQ specific?

I have used email address for bulk imports/assignments before and that seemed to work fine.

I agree with @jclark using the email address for the Owner Field.
