Addition to Ticket Type/Model

I need Renaissance Place added for Ticket Type/Model. It is currently not available in the Apps tab while logged in as an administrator. I am also unable to add it.

I also need Lexia and Clever added as well.

If you don’t see an option in that Apps tab, I think you need to create your own custom model - just like you would with hardware/devices. The apps are nice since they include some KB articles and such, so hopefully these resources get added at some point.
