We just started using facilities. We are seeing that our techs are using the “Labor” button within the ticket instead of the “action” they did. We do not track labor this way and was wondering if there is a spot to remove this option completely to our maintenance techs do not confuse the action they are suppose to use.

Yes that “labor” option.


@mrodriguez Currently, you are unable to remove this option from the ticket toolbar. I would add this to our idea exchange where others can upvote ideas and our product team can see what customers are requesting/needing.
