On May 1st, 2026, our JAMF environment went under maintenance and said maintenance was completed at 23:00 UTC on May 1st, 2026. This upgraded our instance to 11.27.1
After this maintenance period, we have noticed unusual issues within our IIQ/JAMF Environments. Most notably these two:
1) After updating a device in IIQ (adding a new room, building, etc) the device in JAMF will begin an on/off cycle following the next Sync. For Example, we have an asset with a user, say Shayla Hopkins, and her email, shaylahopkins@district.org. This information, along with building location, is being sent over to Jamf via the JAMF MDM Integration. We have noticed that since this upgrade to 11.27.1, when additional information is added, JAMF is now cycling that information every night. So one day, Shayla Hopkins, shaylahopkins@district.org, and building are all there, the following day, after another nightly sync, all that info is gone in JAMF. Everything stays the same in IIQ.
2) Users who have had username or email changes are also beginning to cycle. Lookign through the logs of the IIQ → JAMF MDM Integration, I can see a user who had their name updated updates properly in IIQ. During the nightly Sync, it sends this information over to JAMF, and it breaks somewhere in the transfer, and removes the username and email in JAMF. The next night, it will try to send both again, and only one will appear, say the email. The following night, it will try to send both, and it will successfully send the full name over, but remove the email. It then goes back and forth trading out the name and the email on the device in JAMF.
These both started happening after this maintenance period. I was just curious if anyone else has seen weird issues since the maintenance period.
