We use Microsoft Teams here- Wondering if theres a way to create a ticket from teams. Often time people bypass Teams and just send us a message. I don’t feel like there is a way but curious if anyone has any ideas.

Thanks for your question. Currently submitting tickets through teams is not something that is doable with our regular functionality.
However, you can try using a webhook to create the ticket. Attached is the guide to use:

+2We also use Microsoft Teams. It would be super helpful if at least there were some sort of integration with it for ticket notifications as our students basically live in Teams and rarely see our email replies
