From the iiQ perspective, the authentication and syncing all seem to be up to date and functioning correctly. Unfortunately I am not as familiar with the Infinite Campus/OneRoster side nor can I see what you are seeing within your internal applications. I would suggest to submit a support ticket to see if they have any additional suggestions for you.
