Hello: I am looking for where do I find the update. This is saying our connection is not supported. Where do I find the new supported API?

From the iiQ perspective, the authentication and syncing all seem to be up to date and functioning correctly. Unfortunately I am not as familiar with the Infinite Campus/OneRoster side nor can I see what you are seeing within your internal applications. I would suggest to submit a support ticket to see if they have any additional suggestions for you.

Support from IIQ or my district? 

The application says it is not supported because it is out dated.

 


@JDonovan 57ac6b westbury I would start with iiQ support then they may direct you to Infinite Campus/OneRoster support if they determine everything looks good on the iiQ side.
