Outlook Integration

​@chewb The integration between iiQ Events and Microsoft Office 365 allows you to seamlessly sync calendar data, including up to 999 past events, directly into the incident management platform. It provides robust double-booking settings to automatically block conflicts, approve overlapping schedules, or hold them in a pending status for manual review and email notification. Administrators can meticulously map Office 365 building and room resources to iiQ locations, as well as use regex matching to automatically categorize imported events. Furthermore, two-way write-back functionality ensures that creating, editing, or deleting events within iiQ automatically updates your Outlook calendar to keep both systems perfectly aligned.

Where do I install the app?  I do not see it in browse or manage apps to install it in incident.  Is it talking about outlook?

​@chewb From my understanding, outlook is the email service of Microsoft so I would assume the Microsoft 365 and outlook go together. 

Are your events hosted in the calendar section of the outlook account? 

Is this where I need to be to connect the outlook app to events?  If so, these are the only microsoft apps that appear.  I don't see a 365.

​@chewb It looks like you are in IT Ticketing, it is present in the Events module. 😄
