I think it would be very helpful to have powerschool status as filter options.  I have been going through our unassigned users and have noticed several users who aren’t in the “No access” group but when I look them up in IIQ their powerschool status is “to be deleted”.

  I would love to have the option to view all of the users with that status to help clean up our system.

@JRood 877c5a lvpioneers Good Morning,

I hope you are doing well so far today and thank you for reaching out!

While unfortunately a filter for PowerSchool status is not currently available at this time, Incident IQ does have a User Filter named “SIS User Status” that you should be able to use to know if a user is linked to an SIS record. If you set the Filter = active, it should give a list of users linked to an active user account, while excluding active users will return users who are not linked to an SIS account or are linked to an SIS record we are no longer seeing.

Hopefully this may be able to help assist in getting a list of users, but if you may have any questions or concerns, please let me know!

Best,
Drew

That actually gives me what I was looking for!  I totally forgot about that field to be honest. I was looking up application filters and didn’t see anything related to powerschool so I assumed there was nothing.

Appreciate it.
