Realtime has informed us that we are not able to add parent/guardian information to our export to IIQ. Has anyone who uses Realtime found a work around for this? Thanks!

Realtime SIS Parent Guardian Information
+18Make sure the “import other users” box is checked within your eSchoolPlus SIS management area. This is within the Settings tab and under Import Options. After running a sync, you should see any parents/guardians (included in your SIS) under the Related Users within the SIS app widget on the student’s profile.
Do you already see the users under the student profile?

Thanks for your response. My issue is Realtime is saying they can’t send parent/guardian data with the export, so we are not getting any parent data from our SIS to IIQ. I’m trying to see what other Realtime users may be doing as a workaround.
