Since there is no SMS notification option for agents, and since AT&T has shutdown their e-mail to text gateway (number@txt.att.net) and Verizon will soon do the same, I need to engineer another method of getting updates to agents via text.
I use Twilio from other monitoring systems to send SMS - how can I create notifications from IIQ to Twilio using webhooks or other API?
