I'm attempting to retrieve ticket statuses through the API endpoint "/api/v1.0/tickets/statuses", but it appears to be non-functional.

I’m following the documentation reference: Retrieve list of ticket status | Incident IQ API v1.0 (stoplight.io)

 

I’d give it another shot, it may have been due to the brief outage we had a few moments ago.
It seems to be working when I try it using an account that has an API key assigned in the Developer Tools section.


Thank you, I was not aware of the interruption. I tried again, and now it works.
