It would be helpful to have the ability to view all selected actions for a specific category in a list format. Currently, I can only see the total number of actions selected, but not the actual items. To view the selections, I have to scroll through a long list to find what’s been checked off.

To clarify, I’d like to be able to view all resolution actions selected for a specific issue directly within the Admin Console.

Currently, when I navigate to Admin > Issues > Resolution Actions, I can only see the total number of actions selected. It would be much more efficient if I could see a populated list of the specific resolution actions chosen for that issue, rather than having to scroll through the entire list to find the checked items.

Another community member created a Chrome extension that helps with that a bit. The extension gives you a “show active” toggle for resolution actions.

 

 


@MBoxx 927aaea cccsd Unfortunately, there is not a way to achieve this at this time. It would be a good enhancement request!

You could also utilize ​@AMeyer Greendale Schools work around above as well!
