Does anyone know the correct location for API documentation?
Support sent me to Developer Tools and the link goes to https://incidentiq.stoplight.io/ but it looks like it still has entire sections of just Stoplight filler template and links that don’t work.
I’m in the same boat your in. I can’t even get the .io link to load but that may have more to do with our content filtering frankly then anything else. I’m using this right now:
@esam @JSmillie 5809ce2 gatewayk12 Thank you for submitting your question to our community and your feedback on the API documentation.
As of right now, your best option for API is to reach out to our Support Team. They will be able to pull those calls for you specifically. Additionally, we have a few API experts on here that dabble in API would may also be a help @jclark @curtis.bohlmeyer @bclark @EStapf_iiQ.
As for the location of the API documentation, the stoplight.io is the correct place to look. Anything else you may need, I would submit a ticket.
Would anyone have details on how to pull SLA details or general ticket times? I opened a ticket with the Support Team but they couldn’t provide an answer.
In general, we are looking to report on
Avg. first response time for ticket
% of tickets responded to within 24 hours
% of tickets closed within 48 hours
Avg. time to close a ticket
@esam Great question - Have you dug into our Analytics explorer yet? You can add filters and create graphs that may help with the requests that you are looking for:
Here is the KB Guide to get you started:
Additionally, here another cool dashboard to check out:
I hope this helps!!
Hi, yes we use Reports now but find they lack some data we are looking for and they can be tedious since you can’t save views.
The custom dashboard is great but we are finding it difficult to setup something similar since the API documentation is lacking as well.
