Barcode Scanner Recommendations

Hi there, I’ve tried a different variations with no success. 

Here is what is in the barcode scanner options field: { "avgTimeByChar": 51, "timeBeforeScanTest": 45, "minLength": 4, "endChar": [ 9, 13 ] }

When we try the test scan, it will populate the correct asset tag number and say the scan was not successful.

Setting that value to 100 produced the same error.

Thanks for trying those Adjustments that Jas suggested. I just wanted to chime in to add some additional details and give another suggestion for those scanner settings.
 

The issue you are experiencing might be caused by having the scanner configured in "app mode." For a web-based application like Incident IQ, app mode might prevent the browser from correctly recognizing the barcode data string, even if the text itself populates.

Could you try switching the scanner back to its standard Basic/HID (Keyboard Wedge) mode? Once it's in that mode, please try these settings below.
