As of this morning (possibly earlier than today), any email from the iiQ Community is landing in my Gmail spam folder. The messages have a banner above them that states: “The sender hasn't authenticated this message so Gmail can't verify that it actually came from them. “

Screenshot below. Is this something on our end that needs to be addressed?

Hi Alyssa,

This does appear to be on your districts end.  These might appear spammy to some districts.  I would see if the email address can be whitelisted.

Thanks,

Scott

Thanks @svanassche_iiQ2. I figured as much since no one else had posted about it.

Will follow up with my colleagues to see what change we need to make.

We had the same issue. Ours were being automatically quarantined by Microsoft. I didn’t realize that I hadn’t received an email in like 2 weeks despite being tagged in some comments on here. We had to allow community@incidentiq.com and release all of the quarantined emails so we could catch up on some reading lol. (hence me just now posting this reply...)

I think I’m the only one here on community, so I just created a filter for my own inbox for now 😂 Might dig into it more at some point; could be a great opportunity to learn some Google admin stuff.
