Exporting Data

Hey @LEverage 8632f01 wcps you’ll want to make a New View for this data and then add the ‘Submitted On’ column in the View Designer. This will show the ticket creation date and this is exportable data. Here’s some additional information on setting up Custom Views:

Great information @JustinRaynor_iiQ; this is the best way to export data! There is an idea out there to be able to export all columns that I would suggest you upvote. 

You also don’t need to create a new view to do this. You can add columns to your export without them being in the view initially.

@jclark That is a good call out as well! I typically go the new view route to save the data for future exports but it is not a requirement 😆
