Has anyone set up fee tracker to charge mileage fees to clubs/teams that use District vehicles? We have our minivans set up as rooms in Events and want to be able to show an estimated cost before the “room” is reserved.

I have an idea for you to create an informational custom field and add the price per mileage to the event reservation list. They would need to do some math, but it would give them the tools to preview an estimated cost!
