The little help menu magnifying glass button in the bottom right to let me submit iiQ help tickets has disappeared from my admin account. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how I can get it back? Clearing my browser cache did not help.

Good Afternoon, 

 

There are a few reasons why the Support bot might not appear, such as having an ad blocker installed or not having the correct URLs whitelisted.

Thank you for the reply! I don’t have any extensions installed on the browser I’m using, but I’ll have to take a look at the URL whitelisting. Thanks again!

I have not attempted to do so. I have a workaround through a different browser that has allowed me to submit the ticket I needed to at the time. The issue is happening through a VM, where I do most work, but when I’m on-prem it’s working fine.

@CGravitt 380201d ecasd Hmmm, that’s interesting. I would say submit a ticket to support to have them check further however, it is that exact thing you are struggling with doing! 😆

You can always email support as well if you would like to get this explored further.
