Hello,

Is there a way to hide parts that are no longer used, ie toner that is no longer used in active printers?  Also, if not, if the part is removed from the list, will the activity stay with the tickets that are linked to them or will that information also be deleted.

Deleting a part will remove the part from the list of available parts when adding to a ticket. However, the historical data of deleted parts used on tickets will be saved and visible. Inventory of the deleted part that exists on open tickets will remain applied to the ticket unless deleted from the ticket.

I hope this helps
