Are other districts experiencing issues with iiQ loading at the moment seems like the whole system just went down?

It just came back for me :) Ironically after I posted it I refreshed the status page and saw the listing regarding views having issue. It seems to be more then just views having issues as our whole instance seems unstable at the moment. and I keep getting login expired errors and booted to the login window.

If you are seeing continued issues, I would recommend still getting a support ticket in for that! This way, our team can monitor the extent of the situation!

Won’t speak for others, but I can’t submit any tickets, including ones for support.

In theory we’ll be back up soon if the issue’s been resolved, though.

@KellenH_iiQ Is there an email to ticket rule for when my iiq is down and I can’t login to submit a ticket to iiq…. asking for a friend.

You can always email support at support@incidentiq.com! You can keep that info in your back pocket as you pass it along to your friend! 😃

Yes ​@BStead 367a84d nclack - we are experiencing this at the moment. One of my Help Desk Agents has now lost access to login (but his permissions are still the same).

Hi y’all, we have reported this to our team! Please be on the lookout for an update


Yes it seems none of our agents are able to load / view any tickets, however they can see the list of tickets and load into the system. I don’t know what this looks like from a user perspective.

It would be helpful to update the status page if there is a known issue going on. Thanks. We are having issues loading/working tickets too.


I’m having problems with all of it. Logging into IIQ (it hangs) even after restarting the laptop & then tickets aren’t loading or load really slowly & then I cannot update the tickets.

I also cannot update assets. Changes save and then when you refresh or go back, all changes are gone.
